Wiz

My Story

Wiz is a young (year’ish) husky mix who came to us from Arkansas with a number of other awesome dogs. He, like the others who came with him, didn’t have the best start to life so we are very focused on finding an amazing home that shows him what human love is all about. Wiz would be an ideal hiking running buddy and if you are into channeling his energy via nose work, agility or other brain work, he would be totally down for that.

Wiz is affectionate without being pushy. He will seek pets but being that he has not had too much of that prior to his becoming a big fluffy, he also doesn’t know he can ask for more when you stop. Wiz is undersocialized and is still learning how to play appropriately with other dogs but takes leash corrections really well. Smart and so willing and wanting to learn, this pup will be an amazing addition to a family who can give him the time and training structure he needs.
