My Story

Meet Willie, a 2-year-old 90lb Great Pyrenees who lived his first two years as a feral bachelor. He came to us extremely emaciated and in rough shape after surviving a major coyote attack. Now that he’s in rescue, we’ve promised Willie the remaining years of his life will be filled with love and comfort.

Willie LOVES other dogs and would do best in a home with a confident pal to teach him how to “dog”. This sweet guy is also great with cats. His forever home should be a quiet one with lots of patience as he continues to open up and trust humans. We’d recommend dog savvy children 12 years or older.

Willie’s forever home should also have LGD experience and a tall fenced in yard. The family that chooses to show Willie that life can indeed be rather grand will be paid back tenfold with a loving, loyal companion.
