My Story

Everyone please meet the most handsome WENTWORTH!

Wentworth is a 4 year old Heeler mix weighing a little over 70 pounds! Not only is Wentworth so incredibly handsome, but he is also the sweetest pup. He loves his humans and being around them whether that is for a nice long cuddle session or for a walk around the neighborhood – as long as he is with his person, he is happy! Despite his size, he still believes he is a lap dog and when it is time to cuddle, he wants to have as little space in between him and his human as possible!

He loves his toys and thinks he’s a frog as when you throw his toy he’ll play fetch by leaping towards it! He also loves feeding time and when you begin to prepare his meals, he’ll spin in circles while he waits! Wentworth is dog and cat friendly and is a very brave boy! He was out walking recently with his foster mom when two aggressive dogs ran straight at him. He took off but stopped when his foster mom called him and he did not even raise a hackle or bark at them. What this story tells us is that he is such a good boy that is not aggressive and listens well which are two amazing quality traits!
