My Story

This lovable girl is Ursula. She came to us from a hoarding case, but you’d never know it! She is sweet, kind and friendly.

Ursula is a 4-year-old, 80 pound Great Pyrenees. She is pretty low key and loves to just hang out. A fenced yard would be ideal so that she came roam around daily and retreat to the comforts of a couch or dog bed to snooze the rest of the day away. Care of a slow stroll around the neighborhood? That’s fine too, as she walks well on a leash.

Because of her background, she seems a bit indifferent to many things right now — other dogs seem acceptable. Cats can coexist. Toys are foreign. Treats are nice but not motivating at the moment. If you’re looking for a laidback girl who may start to come out of her shell in time, Ursula is it!

Ursula’s perfect adopter will have a fenced yard and breed experience. She will be ok in a home with kids beyond the screaming years.
