My Story

Savannah is a 2 year old most probably boxer lab mix. She’s still a little thin at 75 pounds, but she is filling in nicely. We’re pretty sure there is something else in that background to give her those ears – Aussie maybe? – . On arrival, she was emaciated and after several weeks of gaining weight and getting healthy, she surprised us with three adorable little puppies. They are all adopted, and now it’s Savannah’s turn,

Savannah is super friendly and super sweet to all she meets. She enjoys the company of other dogs and she has met zero strangers. True to her Boxer heritage, Savannah is an active dog who needs a place to romp in and a playful doggie buddy to hang with. Savannah loves everybody, but due to her bouncy nature she would be best with kids over the age of 10. Savannah thinks kitties are a great snack between meals. Like so many Boxers, she is a no cat kind of gal.

Savannah loves her people- especially those who feed her regular meals every day and don’t forget that she is there. She is super food motivated and willing to learn any trick you’d like to teach her . Most of all, Savannah is so thankful for all her humans do for her. She’s just grand.
