My Story

Meet the spicy burrito girl, Renata!

Renata is a 4 year old, 10lb Chihuahua mix who was found after being abandoned in a park along with some other small dogs. She may not be big and she may not be fluffy, but she IS a dog, and therefore made her way to BFDR to find her forever home!

She is a typical introverted Chihuahua in that she will find her one human, bond with them deeply, and can be leery of strangers coming to her safe space. She is a Velcro girl through and through- loves to be with her person and will soak up belly rubs and snuggles at any opportunity! People who are home more often than not would be her dream scenario.

Renata is dog friendly and loves to play and zoom in the yard! She has not been tested with cats and would do best in a home without children.
