My Story

Quentin is searching for his forever quiet home. He is a gorgeous 2-1/2-year-old Akbash who weighs around 95 lbs.

Quentin is a total gentleman with other animals of both the canine and feline persuasion. ? He has even been known to befriend a goat or two! While Quentin loves his people he is a big scaredy-cat when it comes to visitors and he will shake in the corner unsure of how to handle this intrusion into his space. For this reason, we think Quentin would do best in a home with few visitors and low foot traffic on the day to day. Quentin would love a nice quiet, slow-paced home more than anything. He has so much to give and despite his poor start in life, he has an abundance of love and loyalty to share with his person. Quentin is house-trained and an absolute dream on the leash, he even welcomes meeting new people out on his walks. He requires a fenced yard and folks with Livestock Guardian Dog experience. He would love a soft bed to rest his head. He won’t judge you for binging Netflix or on ice cream or BOTH…. just so long as you throw him a bully stick so he can join in on the fun:)
