My Story

Professor Wellington, what can I say…this distinguished gentleman is 6, going on 7 years old in March 2024 and he is all things wonderful. PW lost his home to some unfortunate housing circumstances and is now in need of our help in finding his furever home.

He is dog friendly and everyone that he has met out and about is a fast friend. He has been around staff’s children and has been a dreamboat, but we do not have a way to make any guarantees where homes with children are involved however. The Professor is not a fan of thunderstorms but aside from that he is a loving and loyal companion. Just may need extra snuggles when the sky makes big booms.

It would be an absolute dream come true for PW if we can find him a home where his people are home more often than not. He is said to be good with all of the cats he has cohabitated with which definitely puts him in the 1% of purebred GSD’s to accomplish this feat!
