Senior Lovers – where are you!?

Meet Princess, an 11-year-old Australian Shepherd who is ready to find peace in a new forever home. Weighing in at 50 pounds, Princess is looking for a low-key, calm environment where she can spend her golden years surrounded by warmth and affection.

Princess holds a special place in our hearts as she was the beloved companion of one of our devoted rescue volunteers who recently passed away. We made a heartfelt promise to her that we would find Princess the best home possible, and we are determined to keep that promise.

This gentle senior gal can be cautious around new people, but once she trusts you, she will seek out pets and love. Princess is trained to use pee pads indoors, but she’s also happy to go outside for her business as long as her human is by her side.

Princess’s energy levels are low, making her the perfect companion for a serene, laid-back home. She enjoys the company of other calm dogs and would thrive in a household where she can peacefully coexist with her furry friends.

After losing her human mom, Princess deserves nothing but the very best. If you have room in your heart and home for a loving, loyal senior dog, Princess is ready to bring joy and companionship into your life.
