My Story

Everyone please meet the very lovely Penelope!

Penelope is just over a year old and is a Border Collie Mix. She weighs about 47 pounds and came to us with her puppies! She is the mother of our “P” puppy litter and is now ready to find a home of her own where she will be spoiled and loved!

Penelope absolutely loves people whether that be in the form of grandparents, adults, teenagers, or toddlers! Penelope is a gentle soul and likes to play but is not one to like to get down and dirty. She is not a big fan of rough play and would prefer to have a doggy friend that will respect her needs and is around her size. She would also be absolutely okay as an only pup and being the center of attention! She is cat friendly in that she just ignored the cat for more pets from humans so she is definitely more of a people dog but can coexist with cats just fine! Penelope is part Border Collie, however, and does have a lot of energy which is usual for the breed so her ideal home would have a fenced yard and an active family who will stimulate her both physically and mentally!
