Micah

My Story

Micah is a 10yr young possibly collie mix whose owner recently passed away and he finds himself in need of a new home. Micah was well-loved and cared for. He loves people, loves to play (tennis balls and frisbee are favorite toys) and enjoys going on car rides, hikes, and swimming.

He does NOT love in-your-face dogs, cats, and small woodland creatures. He would prefer to be an only dog but has been OK around smaller dogs who are mellow. He can be reactive on walks but is typically redirectable with treats or just changing directions.

Micah is housebroken, crate trained, and knows basic obedience and a few party tricks (roll over, sit pretty, weaving through legs). He has taken agility classes and did well.
