My Story

Meet McKenzie! Her sweet face is sure to convince you that she needs a permanent spot on your couch.

McKenzie was born into rescue when we saved her momma just in time! She is now 12-weeks-old and weighs close to 20 pounds. She is the definition of a mixed breed — we have her mom’s DNA and she is the perfect makeup of 10+ breeds. Based on her mom’s size, we expect she won’t get much bigger than 40 pounds.

McKenzie’s foster mom describes her as fearless, smart, sweet and cuddly. She has a tendency to chase the cat but only because it’s fun. She is doing well with house training and working on learning to walk on a leash. She will need an adopter committed to continuing her training. As she is a puppy, she is good with everyone and everything!
