My Story

Meet Maggi Moo, the Spaniel mix! Maggie came to Big Fluffy from a hoarding case a decade ago and was adopted when she was a year old. Now, at the age of 11, she has had to come back due to no fault of her own. Ms. Moo is a gentle, quiet, easygoing girl, who will surprise you by leaping tall steps in a single bound in hot pursuit of squirrels and birds. She loves her walks, tooling around in the yard, and sniffing all the sniffs. She is excellent on a leash, completely housebroken, crate trained, rides well in a car, and gets along with people of all ages that treat her kindly. She also gets along with dogs that aren’t rude, bouncy, or in her face, as long as they give her some time to settle in. You see, having been a single dog for some time, she is a bit rusty on her ‘dog language’, and can send mixed messages. She currently lives peacefully with a big fluffy brother, who basically rolls his eyes at her grumbling, muttering, and poking her nose in his business. A quiet household without a lot of activity would be best.
