My Story

This sweet, very friendly girl is Maeve. She is a 4-year-old, 52-pound German shepherd/lab mix which gives you both the intelligence and obedience of a German Shepherd and the kind and trusting nature of a Lab.

Maeve loves people and is always happy to see anyone. She is good with other dogs and likes to play with them, but she is also fine on her own. She is not good with cats. Maeve is social, affectionate, and would do well in an active home with people. If you want to go for a hike, Maeve is up for it. Maybe you want to give agility a try? She could give it a go! She also enjoys toys of all shapes and sizes and she has never met a ball she didn’t want to catch.

Maeve would do well in a home with kids over 10 or capable of defending themselves from happy dog kisses. She would be ideal in a home with a fenced yard or people committed to lots of long walks.
