My Story

Meet Lyra, the silly and perfect puppy eye girl!

This is Lyra, the adorable 9-month-old, a small Pitbull mix pup! She is about 40 lbs but looks even smaller. She is ready to melt your heart with her puppy eyes! Her foster Mom thinks she is the easiest pup she’s ever fostered! Lyra is already mastered house training, leash training and crate training, making her the ideal furry friend for any loving home. She loves to play with toys and her fur buddies or both. When she is tired she will come to you to get pets, lovies and snugglies. While you pet her, she will look at you like you are her whole world. Her eyes will tell you that how much she appreciates your love and care, until they fall asleep. In the mornings, she is content playing quietly with her furry soft toys until you are ready and awake to start your day. During the day she does well by herself or by your side. However, the best times spent are playing and doing silly antiques to make you laugh.

After having a hard start of life, she has still learned that life is great, and being silly and happy is the best way to live. In her perfect world, she dreams of having a fur buddy to share all her adventures with. She’s the proud mama of our lovely L puppies, and she’s excited to find her own loving home where she can be showered with affection. She’s great with dogs of all sizes and humans of every age.
Currently in northern VA but can travel where we do.
