My Story

Everyone please meet the lovely Larkin!

Larkin is a 10 week old pyr/lab mix who came to us while still in her mama’s belly! Her mom is a lab mix while her dad is a pyr mix and they all came into the rescue together! Larkin is crate and potty trained and is a perfect mix of sugar, spice, and everything nice!

She is obsessed with little humans and doesn’t hide her affection. She is confident in her love and is not afraid to show it! With that, she is also confident in expressing her feelings about everything else as well. For example, you want to put her in a playpen? Nah, she’ll just climb out. You want her to stop playing in her water bowl? She must not have heard you! You want her to share with her friends? She would love to if they will play with her!

Larkin is very smart and is not afraid to use her puppy dog eyes to get what she wants! With that being said, she is still just a baby and like all babies, she will need an adopter that is committed to continuing her training and socialization so that she can be the goodest girl that she can be! Larkin just wants to please while enjoying everything that life has to offer! For her furever home, she would probably benefit from having a small human around so she can follow them everywhere, and she may even like having another furry friend to romp around with! She also wouldn’t mind a fenced yard or an active family that will take her hiking and maybe for a swim! With Larkin around, you will never be short of love, laughter, and adventure!
