My Story

Everyone please meet Jet!

Jet is a pretty perfect one year old lab topping out at about 67 pounds. Jet arrived to his foster home recently and has already made himself at home! He is kid approved and has deemed his 5 year year old foster brother his new best friend. Hugs and treats – it doesn’t get better than that! Jet also met the kids living in the neighborhood and he has been a favorite of the whole block! This boy is a definition of a lab! He loves everything and everyone (even the turtles in his foster home)! He loves to play with other dogs and is perfectly fine with the sacks-of-meow.

His ideal home would be one with a fenced yard (not required) and a doggy friend to wrestle with and expend some energy. He also wouldn’t mind a little human to follow around everywhere and eat the food that the little human deems gross. He would do well with an active family and a family willing to continue his training. He would be a great candidate for activities like agility, swimming, or running! He would also do well with a family who doesn’t mind love in the form of an abundance of kisses and no such thing as personal space.
