Humphrey

My Story

Humphrey is a senior male miniature poodle that came to us a while ago with multiple hernias, a significant cut to his stomach and dental issues. He’s all repaired now and he looks and feels amazing. It’s truly amazing what a large outlay of cash for emergency care plus TLC can do for a dog.

Humphrey is probably 8-10 years old, although the vet thought maybe 6, but I’m not buying it. He has been fostered with six other dogs from small to very large and does well with all of them. He is good with people and he has generally good indoor manners. He is fine with cats as well. He can be bossy around the food bowl which is unsurprising seeing as he had not been fed regularly before coming to us and he is still getting the idea that the food bowl is always full.
