Hubert

My Story

Say hello to Hubert. This handsome dude is a 2 year old 61 lb Anatolian mix. He’s another one of our shelter pulls, and came in with his brother and sister. We couldn’t say no to their outstanding looks and personalities.

Hubert can best be described as a big bouncy goofball. He is happy and silly, and loves to rough house and play with other dogs. His ideal home needs to have a securely fenced in yard, and another young hooligan for Hubert to play with.

As a member of the Livestock Guardian Breed family, Hubert will need a home who knows and understands the breeds and all that they are. He’s probably too big and too goofy to live with kids younger than 12. He’ll bounce on Little’s without meaning to!

Hubert is working on his leash skills, and will love to accompany you on walks around the neighborhood and will stand regally when your neighbors tell you how handsome and regal he is (he knows, he just likes to hear it).

As well as small children, Hubert is a no cat kind of dude. He is way too interested in the goings on of the felines he has met to live safely with them.
