My Story

Hello Houston? We have a dog…. named after you! He’s a very handsome 1 yo, 62 pound lab mix who is ready to find his forever home. Houston is a lover of all humans. He’s all wags, kisses, and smiles with everyone he meets.

Houston is also a lover of other dogs, and has the unique ability to math his energy level with the pups he meets. He’s great at raucous play, but will also sit on the ground and share a stick with a dog who is not ready to take a walk on the wild side with him.

Houston has been great with the cats he has met, and we would imagine he woudl be fine with kids past the toddler years as well. Houston is a wonderful boy who would love to go on walks, hikes, runs, or jaunts on the beach with his forever family. He will also love snuggles by the fire, on the couch, and would love to be anywhere you are.

He gets along great with kids and dogs. He is looking for a family that wants to have fun!
