My Story

Meet Guillermo!

This very handsome boy is sure to stop you in your tracks. He is a 94 pound, 2 year old Pyrenees mix. Guillermo is an old man in a young body (can anyone else relate?) who enjoys laying around and hanging out with his people. He is, however, excellent at adapting to whatever you are interested in doing for the day. Is it freezing outside and you just want to curl up on the couch with Guillermo and watch some movies? He’s so down! Are you needing some fresh air and want to go on a walk or hike? He’s so there! Either way, he is just looking for a person/family to be around and call his own.

He gets along well with other dogs and enjoys playing with them after proper introductions. He is a gentleman and finds it rude if a random doggo wants to charge up into his face which I think is totally understandable. Regardless, he’s down to befriend and bounce around with other dogs his size. Guillermo does have a strong interest in small animals and cats, and not in the safe cuddly interest kind of way. A home without felines or small pets is best. He is a dream on the leash! We don’t think he’s ever been in a home before so he may need some assistance learning the etiquette of pottying outside which shouldn’t be a problem for him to quickly master since he is not just all looks – he’s got the brains also!
