At 1.5 years old and 38 pounds, Carla is a whirlwind of energy, enthusiasm, and toy-hoarding talent. Seriously, this girl is obsessed with her toys. One? Not enough. Two? Child’s play. Carla believes that carrying multiple toys at once is not only possible but MANDATORY. She has fully mastered the art of cramming as many playthings as possible into her mouth at any given time. If you adopt Carla, be prepared for her to proudly parade around your house like a canine juggling act, showing off her ever-growing collection of stuffed animals, balls, and rope toys.
But Carla isn’t just about fun and games—okay, she mostly is—but she’s also incredibly smart and needs a family who can keep up with her quick thinking and boundless energy. A fenced yard is a must because Carla lives to run, and an active family would be the dream. If you’re looking for a couch potato, keep scrolling—this girl has places to be, zoomies to complete, and squirrels to chase!
She’s house and crate trained, fantastic on a leash, and loves both humans and other dogs. She’d be thrilled to have a doggy sibling, but she’s just as happy being the center of attention as an only pup. However, if you’re a cat hoping to apply for Carla’s friendship, we have some unfortunate news: Carla thinks you are a fabulous game of chase, and she’s ready to win. So, no feline roommates for this girl!
Despite her endless enthusiasm for life, Carla also has an incredibly sweet side—she adores people and will happily snuggle once she’s properly worn herself out. If you’ve been searching for a brilliant, energetic, toy-obsessed, and utterly lovable sidekick, Carla is your girl.
