My Story

Holy Cannoli, this girl is pretty darn perfect.

Cannoli is a 5 year old German Shepherd mix on the petite side at 42lb! She came to rescue from a rural shelter and is truly a happy, loving and wonderful dog.

She is a total sweetheart who loves belly rubs, being brushed, riding in the car, going on walks and being in the company of her people. She loves to play ball and is an active and playful girl who enjoys bouts of the zoomies! Cannoli gets along with all other dogs and would love a playful companion- but not required. She hasn’t been tested with cats yet, but we can for serious adopter interest.

Cannoli will do well in a variety of homes! Her ideal family will understand that she likely spent the majority of life thus far without much human attention and so now has excited puppy-like energy to play. She’ll do well with sturdy kids who don’t mind exuberance. Knowledge of working type breeds like shepherds is helpful as well!
