Callie
My Story
Little miss Callie came to rescue from a hoarding case in super rural West Virginia. She and 40 of her closest friends and relations had run wild on their owners property for a few years. Callie came to rescue pregnant, and had several puppies. All but two did not survive, and those two have long since been adopted, and it’s Callie’s turn.
Callie is a 30 lb Border Collie mix who is shy and sweet. She lived with cats, dogs, kids and a bird at her Foster Mom’s house. and was great with everyone. Because she is a little on the shy side, a home with another nice and chill dog to learn how to be a dog from. Callie will need a securely fenced in yard as she is still learning that leash walks are super fun.
Callie quickly adjusted to home life, and once her puppies were gone, she became a member of the family. Time and patience will continue to heal this gal… Don’t pass her by. She is ready to become a member of yours. Forever.
