Aurora

My Story

Aurora is a 2 year old, 64 pound shepherd mix who came to us allegedly as a “Swiss Mountain Dog” Mix. Um. Not quite. Still, Miss Aurora is a lovely, sweet dog who is probably a shepherd lab mix or some such thing.

Aurora is great with people of all ages and she is great with dogs, although I note that the 120 pound behemoth Newf known as Chip scared her when he wanted to bounce upon her. She would love to play with Karl the cat, but he swats her on the nose.

Aurora is a generally well-mannered dog who found herself in a high kill shelter for no real reason other than she was unlucky. She walks well on a leash and has no serious flaws. She will have to learn her new home of course, but she is eager to please and will make someone a fantastic pet.
