My Story

To know an Aussie is to love an Aussie.. and Amelia has a lot of love to give!

Amelia is a 2 year old, 50lb Australian Shepherd who came from less-than-ideal conditions prior to rescue. She is ready for a family of her very own!

She is a perfectly well mannered queen in the home- she’s house trained, crate trained, loves soft and squeaky toys and is a Velcro dog through and through. She loves cuddles – the more attention, the better! Amelia even rides well in the car and loves to go wherever you do.

Amelia would do best in the home with another canine companion, as she is learning how to play and enjoys their company. She is cat friendly and very respectful of the felines. Kids 6+ who are respectful with dogs will do great with Amelia.
