My Story

Please meet the wonderful Xeni!

This sweet girl is about a year old and, based on her sister’s DNA test, she is probably a great pyr/staffordshire terrier mix weighing around 50 pounds. She came to us with some other pups when she was so rudely dumped on some random stranger’s property. Luckily, she knows things can only go up from here and she is ready to begin her new life with her furever family! In her ideal home, her family would be active or have another furry friend that can help Xeni expend some of her lingering puppy energy!

While being in a foster home, Xeni has learned some great life lessons that will carry into her furever home:

1. Couches are amazing!

2. Cats are okay but sometimes turn into fluffy bundles of razors if you get ‘too personal’

3. When she wants your attention, she gives you the cutest little ‘boop’ with her nose and won’t stop until she gets some pets

4. She is very skilled at ensuring all the woodland critters stay far, far from your gardens

5. The toys do not belong in the toy bin – they actually belong on her bed because She Needs All The Toys!

7. She does well in a crate but would much rather be out with her people

8. She greets all the neighbors on walks so she gets all the pets she can

9. She is a zoomie pro!

If all that sounds like something you could get on board with, then Xeni could be your girl! may be your girl, please fill out an application/ and email paige@bigfluffydogs.com!
