My Story

Introducing a very sweet and special boy who is ready to find his person.. Meet Atticus!

Atticus is a 2 year old Shepherd mix on the petite side at 50lbs. He is looking for a forever home that will be kind and patient with him, as he was failed by humans prior to his arrival to rescue. Only good days from here on out for this sweet soul!

His list of good qualities spans a mile long and counting.. he truly wants to be good at his core and make his people happy. Atticus is house trained, not destructive, follows obedience commands, gets along well with all types of dogs (living with 5 right now), and loves to be told he is a very good boy (because he is!)

Atticus would thrive with another confident dog who will continue to teach him how to “dog”, a physically fenced yard, and a family who understands he needs a gentle hand to help him build confidence in new situations. He has SO much love to give and is a kind soul who deserves the best.

Currently being fostered in Nashville, TN and can travel within reasonable distances to his perfect family!
