My Story

Warren is a 2 year old, 70 pound Great Pyrenees/husky mix. He is friendly, gentle and goofy. Warren loves his people. He was timid on arrival and has come a long way as he now believes petting is his inalienable right along with a food bowl that is always full.

Warren is good with people of all ages but is best with older kids 10 + who are less prone to screeching than the younger set. He enjoys zoomies around the yard and playing with other dogs, but otherwise is content laying around the house. This is the Lebowski of dogs. If you have a secret Hallmark Christmas movie habit, he’ll hang out with you without judging you.

Warren would do well in a home with a fenced yard as he is 100% not trustworthy off leash. He would be best with another dog to play with and show him the ropes. He is not good with cats. His previous home thought it would be a good idea to try to make him a livestock guardian dog since he was part Great Pyrenees and it went about as well as a normal person would imagine which is to say, not at all. This dog will make an amazing pet for someone.
