Halsey

My Story

Halsey is a 9 month old Great Dane mix who came to us along with 62 of her closest friends from a hoarding case. She was quite happy to be liberated and is loving the inside life. Aside from an initial dislike of ceiling fans and a continued dislike of vacuum cleaners (me too, Halsey), she is a very good girl.

Halsey is an active and very happy dog. She is also a powerful athlete. Halsey needs a home with a fenced yard to run in and sturdy people to play with. She is great with dogs who can handle her size and she loves to play with them. I would not put her with cats as she looks at them with just a little too much interest for comfort. Kids over 10 or big enough to fend for themselves when she deploys “the paw” for petting would be fine.
