Horatio

My Story

Horatio is a 2-year-old Pomeranian/Chihuahua mix who came from a hoarding case where he was kept in a tiny crate 24/7. He is thrilled to be out of that place and is now enjoying life!

Horatio is dog friendly with all other dogs, however big dogs scare him. Small dog families would be best for him or he would also be fine as an only dog. He would also be fine with kids that understand he is tiny and can easily be hurt when picked up. He also tested great with kitties so we don’t expect he will give them any trouble.

Horatio is still working on his housebreaking due to his previous less-than-stellar conditions. He LOVES to run around the yard and explore new places. He’s an independent little man that will lay around and also explore by himself. He’s a very go-with-the-flow dog and we believe he will adapt quickly anywhere he goes.
