My Story

Kruse the 13 weeks old Catahoula leopard and Australian cattle dog mix puppy, is looking for an active home. Kruse’s breed mix makes him smarter than most average humans and so we are looking for his humans to have experience and understanding. He will also need a firm commitment to consistent training and an active lifestyle. A fenced-in yard will help him burn off some energy. This breed mix will be an excellent candidate for agility training and other sports activities. If there are kids, they should be older than 10.

His foster mama says that Kruse likes to be into everything. He wants to be with people and see what they are doing. He takes redirects well and loves to cuddle and give kisses. We are working on not biting hands and not darting outdoors. He very treats motivated and learns quickly. Kruse knows how to climb onto chairs, tables, etc., and loves to play and cuddle. He demands that he is involved in ALL household activities too. Kruse is learning his potty training, good on a leash, and is not a fan of crates.
