Junebug

My Story

Junebug is a 14 month old Great Pyrenees/lab mix. She was seriously injured prior to arriving in rescue and had what is known as a “degloving” injury when her leg was caught in a chain link fence. It took several surgeries and months of hydrotherapy to save her leg, but she is healthy now. She will always have a noticeable scar on her leg, but she doesn’t seem to mind.

Junebug would be best suited to live with an active family that enjoys spending time outdoors as outside time is one of her favorite things. Even though Junebug is fairly active, she knows how to relax and would be a fantastic couch potato friend on lazy days.
