My Story

Ashton flunked out of livestock guarding school because he is likely scared of sheep. He is a 5-1/2 yr old Great Pyrenees who is a big marshmallow of a dog. He is quiet and friendly and is very low key. He would prefer a home with humans who share the same attributes.

He is good with other dogs, would be fine in a home with cats. Kids make him nervous, so a home with older kids (12+) would be best for this boy.

He needs a fenced in yard or a commitment to leash walking. He’s a pyr, so will never be able to be an off-leash dog, will bark to warn off invisible ninjas, and ignore you as he chooses. He will also be a loyal companion, enjoy curling up at your feet to binge watch your favorite show on Netflix, and act all goofy and make you laugh.
