My Story

Hi Everyone! Buster here! Where are my herding breed lovers? I am a beautiful healer mix and at two years old have left most of my puppy antics behind me! However, just because I have stopped chewing on every shoe that comes my way, doesn’t mean I have slowed down one bit- no sir! Typical of my breed, I am an active dog! I love, love, love to go for walks and, unfortunately I must admit, that when I get excited at the prospect of a new sniff, I am known to pull on the leash a little bit (or a lot). But as you all also know, along with my energy comes a lot of smarts! With someone willing to take the time to help teach me how to be a great family dog, I know I would pick up on leash manners, and lots of other things, in no time at all! I am definitely a people person kind of dog and love to cuddle and snuggle. I also love to get in a good romp session with some fellow furry friends! And while I am a love, I am much too much for kitty friends- so nothing that goes ‘meow’ in my new home please, unless they’re willing to show me who is boss! Do I sound like your perfect fit?
