My Story

Dear sweet Bess is a one year old Great Pyrenees who is ready for her forever home. This totally lovable girl is fun and playful. She gets along great with other playful dogs. She is bouncy and fun, and because of this we recommend she go to a home without small children who might not be fond of her antics. Like most Pyrs, she does have an off switch and after a romp in her securely fenced in yard, Bess is happy to hang on the porch or deck and protect her yard and her family from all thing scary.. like leaf ninjas, birds, airplanes and helicopters.

When Bess comes inside, she is a world class snuggle bug and will sit on the couch for hours keeping her family company. Bess also promises not to chase your cat should you have one.

Bess walks wonderfully on a leash, and wants nothing more than to hike by your side, take walks in the woods or on the beach, and generally just be your best friend.
