Roo was rescued in September by Big Fluffy Dog Rescue. Her two front legs had horrific wounds cut to the bone; we believe she was caught in a snare trap, unfortunately very common in rural Missouri. They were infected and she was in a lot of pain. The amazing vets at Animal House Veterinary Clinic in Nashville got her cleaned up, on pain medicine and antibiotics; she had water and light therapy on her legs every two days for more than a month. She was placed with a local foster who showed her the love and care she needed for recovery. After 8+ weeks, she is almost completely healed up and ready to be adopted!
