My Story

Meet Sox! Sox is one of those dogs people will stop you mid-walk to ask you (1) what breed he is, and (2) if they can pet him. Sox won’t mind as he’s super sweet and a gentle giant. Sox is about 13 months old and weighs around 75 lbs. We think he’s a Border Collie, Anatolian Shepherd mix. We don’t expect him to get too much bigger but he will be a big fluffy dog either way.

Sox was an owner surrender to us but their loss is your gain. Sox is a gentle giant young dog who is good on a leash and loves attention. True to his breed mix, he is very intelligent and you can pretty much ask him to do anything and he will figure it out. Sox will require a fenced yard and would not do well in apartment, condo, or townhouse living.
