My Story

Meet Severus, the charming and oh-so-handsome 2-year-old Pyrenees mix who’s ready to steal your heart (and maybe a few treats)! Weighing in at a solid 75 lbs of fluff and love, Severus is here to show you what it means to live life with enthusiasm and a wagging tail.

Severus is the quintessential happy-go-lucky guy who gets along with everyone—dogs, cats, and kids! But here’s the catch: the dogs should be on the submissive side, and the kids? Well, they should be of the sturdy type! Severus has a playful spirit that might just knock over anything (or anyone) in his path, but don’t worry, it’s all in good fun. Think of him as a big, furry toddler who hasn’t quite realized his own strength yet!

Speaking of playtime, Severus is a bouncy, energetic fellow who loves to romp around. A fenced-in yard is a must for this guy—he needs space to stretch those long legs and chase after anything that catches his eye (including imaginary squirrels). He’s still mastering the art of leash manners, so be prepared for some zig-zagging adventures until he’s fully trained. But who can resist that happy, eager face as he tries to figure out the world one step at a time?

What Severus truly adores is human affection. He’s the kind of dog who will nudge your hand for pets, lean against you for comfort, and look up at you with those big, soulful eyes that say, “You’re my favorite person in the whole wide world.” He’s all about those belly rubs, ear scratches, and quality time with his people.
