My Story

Extra Large Dog people, JJ is for you! JJ is a 3-year-old Anatolian Shepherd who weighs in at a hefty 107 lbs. JJ was an owner surrender to us. We don’t know why they gave him up, but their loss is your gain.

JJ is good with everyone and everything including other dogs, cats, and older burly kids that don’t mind getting knocked over by a 107 lb. energetic dog. JJ will need an active home as he loves to romp, jump. and play. He LOVES the cold weather so you may have to coax him inside with tasty treats when it’s cold out. Anatolian Shepherds are Livestock Guardians similar to Great Pyrenees so be prepared to have a personal understanding and experience with the breed and a fenced yard.
