My Story

Blanche is a 5-year old, Anatolian Shepherd mix that weighs about 60 pounds. True to her breed, she is always the observer. She takes her job seriously of monitoring and making sure all is well; however, she does not bark unless there is a serious threat. She is very loyal, super smart, and an independent thinker, exactly what you’d expect from her breed.

She is great with other dogs and older kids. No cats, squirrels, or rabbits for this girl. She is good on a leash and LOVES car rides! She takes treats like a lady and she loves to play with toys and bones, but her very favorite pastime is to snuggle. If you let her, she will sleep with you. She is totally house trained and can be trusted to be left out while you are out of the house. Only adopters with physical fences or a commitment to leash walking need apply.
