My Story

Meet sweet sweet Esmeralda. She came to rescue from not so nice a place, and we spent a lot of time getting her all better and ready for her forever home.

Essie is a 2ish year old smaller hound mix. She only weighs 30 lbs. She is a lover of all humans, and loves her doggie companions. She likes to chase and play with cats, so she should go to a home with ones that like to play back.

Esmeralda is a show stopper. She’s gorgeous and she knows it. Her looks will, personality and debonaire attitude will make her the perfect pet for any home that is looking for a petite Diva.

Esmeralda is learning how to walk on a leash, how to be a house dog, and how to hog the bed at night.. face it, at 31 lbs… she’s got her work cut out for her!!
