My Story

Meet Eliza. She’s a drop dead gorgeous Pyr mix who came from a hoarding case in rural TN. Despite her rough start, this pretty girl is super loving and really sweet.

Eliza is learning that meals come every day, and she will never have to worry about where the next one is coming from. She is great with humans, and very submissive towards other dogs. She should go to a home with other dogs who will help her learn that having a doggie companion is super cool and fun.

Eliza is refining her leash skills, and will quickly housebreak once she is in one full time. Her energy level is described as low, and a yard to patrol and a nice walk every day should be all the exercise she needs.

Eliza has not been around cats or kids, but we feel she wouldn’t bother a kitty, and kids over 10 would be best for her.

So folks, if you have always wanted a long-haired brindle dog, Eliza is the one for you!
