My Story

Easton is a 3 year old, 35 pound, golden retriever lab mix. Easton came to us from a pretty terrible hoarding case a year ago. He was shot at, he was provided with no care and he was fed only occasionally. By the time he got to us, he was in rough shape.

A year later, Easton is a healthy and much happier boy. Easton has done very well with his foster family and is ready to go home. He is good with people past the screaming years, and he is good with dogs and cats. We would like to see him go to a home with another dog who can help show him the ropes of his new home. Easton is housebroken and well-mannered, and he loves a nice dog bed and treats.

Easton is never going to be the life of the party. A big night for him is on the sofa watching Netflix. He needs a family that does not have a lot of chaos in their lives He does love to play, but he is a quiet dog who will probably always be on the timid side. He does require a home with a fenced yard as he is not trustworthy off leash.
