My Story

This is Cara. She is a 2-year-old Great Pyrenees mix weighing in at around 95 lbs. She is a big, sweet, snuggly girl who is looking for her forever home.

Cara is the sweetest dog ever. All she wants in life is a couch to cuddle on and a human to cuddle with. She has NO concept of personal space. She CRAVES attention but is ok being alone too. She’s beautiful and smart and she knows it. She is still young and bouncy, so sturdy children over the age of 6 are a must. NO children of the toddler type. She is your typical Pyr – stubborn, intelligent, immovable, and will bark at a leaf falling 3 blocks away. Unlike her breed, she actually enjoys playing fetch! She loves de-stuffing and de-squeaking toys. A doggy friend who likes to play and is around her size would be great, but not required.

Cara is good on a leash, house trained, and can be trusted to be left alone in the house. Girlfriend has got a bit of junk in her trunk and could probably stand to lose a few pounds so you can find her ribs – nothing a few walks and fewer treats can’t fix. 🙂 Basically, she is pretty much perfect.

Cara will need a home with a fence and Great Pyrenees and/or Livestock Guardian Dog experience.
