My Story

Say hello to Cameo. She’s a chill one-year old Lab/Border Collie mix weighing in at about 40 lbs who came from a hoarding case in rural West Virginia. Since coming to rescue, this little girl has learned how fun life can be.

Cameo is great with other dogs, and seems perfectly fine with cats. She is crate and house trained and she loves people, to get petted, going for long walks in the park, and to hang out with her friends. Cameo will never be the life of the party, and would do best in a quiet home with a fenced yard and another well adjusted dog. She would love to hang with a doggy friend who can teach her that being a dog is really super fun. Cameo would do best with older kids as the littles still scare her. They scare me, too 😉
