Boomer

My Story

Boomer, our 7+ year old, 45 pound probable Australian shepherd mix is a really nice boy and he is ready for a home.

Boomer was attacked by coyotes and lived to tell the tale. While he has the battle wounds to impress his comrades during drinking tales around the water bowl, he is actually a mush.

Boomer is great with people and with dogs. He needs slow intros, and is barky and playful and super smart. He loves puzzle toys, frozen Kongs and all things that taste yummy. He is less fabulous with things that buy explosives and anvils from Acme. He is going to need a home where he can have the soft dog bed of his dreams and snacks at his whims. A home with a fenced yard will be required.

Boomer is not a fan of small dogs or cats, squirrels, or small woodland creatures. He thinks they are yummy snacks. Yum. He also would like a home with kids older than 10. He’s too busy and active for little humans.
