My Story

Meet sweet Angelica. She is a 1 year old Aussie mix who is ready to find her forever home. She came in with her sister from a hoarding case in Eastern TN. Angelica is learning that people are friendly, give belly rubs, and treats. Because she had such a rough start, we feel that she would be best in a home with kids over 12. Angelica can be fine with most other dogs, but due to her past, she needs to be fed and given treats separately. Having had to fight for every morsel of food she ever got, this is not surprising. We do think that she will improve tremendously when she is in a home environment.

Angelica prefers the company of male dogs over females. She has not been around cats, but since she is not great with small dogs, we figure that she would be best in a no cat home.

This gal is gorgeous, sweet, smart and active. She will do super well with a family who can help her learn new tricks, that food will always be plentiful, and that couches are super fun.
