Angel

My Story

Angel came to us from a high kill shelter in Louisiana as part of a large shelter gone wrong case. She arrived in miserable condition, emaciated and with wounds from overcrowding and dogs competing for resources. She is now a happy and active dog who loves life. At 4 years old and 50 pounds, Angel is a lower to medium energy girl who is perfectly content with a couple of daily walks.

Angel has mastered the art of being a very good girl. She is fine with kids 8 and up. She has done well with other dogs, but she has to be carefully introduced. She is likely best as an only because she seems happier that way, but she is living with dogs in her foster home. She most definitely cannot be with cats.

Angel has good indoor manners, walks well on a leash and rides well in the car. She is happiest when she has enough exercise and a fenced yard to play in would be an excellent idea. She is completely happy to crash on the sofa next to you with a toy on her down time.
