Abby

My Story

Abby is a 2 year old, petite (45lb) black lab mix. She was surrendered to us at the end of December with her 6 puppies. She was a very good mama, and now that all her pups have been adopted it’s time for Abby to get back in the game and find HER forever family.

Abby is sweet and playful and still acts puppyish. She loves other dogs, is fine with cats, and is good with people of all sizes. She likes to be near her people and does NOT like to be crated, but does fine being home alone with dog friends. She loves toys, especially antlers. She’s food motivated, smart, and eager to please.

Abby’s ideal home has another dog for her to play with and to keep her company when her humans are away, a fenced in yard to run around in (tho an active family who’ll take her on walks will work, too), and for her people to be home more often than away.
